About Morningside Cove
Morningside Cove sits on Blue Bill Cove in Portsmouth, with Island Park Beach about a five-minute walk away and the restaurants of Park Avenue close by. The cottage has been newly remodeled, with a bright kitchen, quartz counters, stainless appliances and a Nespresso bar to start the morning with cove views.
Downstairs there is a sitting room with open views of the water and a family room for movie nights. Upstairs are three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, and the home has central air for summer nights and heat for the off season.
The back deck is the heart of the house: a grill, a fire table, a private 90-jet hot tub that runs year-round, and steps down to the cove. Kayaks and a paddleboard are included, so you can head straight out on the water.
